New arrivals, first steps, joyful play – family life is full of special moments that you want to capture and share with your loved ones. I’m Louise and I’m passionate about taking beautiful, natural portraits of your family that you can cherish forever.
I absolutely love taking photographs of newborns, babies, toddlers and their older siblings. I’ve been doing it since 2010 and I’m lucky enough to have many loyal clients that return year after year with their little ones to create wonderful memories of those precious early years.
The first thing to remember is that my sessions are always fun and easy-going. I’m all about creating the right atmosphere where everyone can relax and be themselves. That’s when the magic happens. I’m a mum myself so I know how to be in the moment and adapt the way I’m doing things to suit your family’s needs. Rest assured I want to get the very best out of our sessions, just like you.
Family portrait sessions usually start in your own home. We’ll spend an hour or so in familiar surroundings then we’ll either go to your favourite park, take a walk around the local area or maybe just go out into the garden. It’s up to you, depending on what sort of portraits you’re after and where you and your children feel most comfortable.
With newborn portraits, we normally stay in your home unless you’re looking for some outdoor portraits too.
Maternity portraits usually take place in your favourite park, or we can take them in the comfort of your home.
Christenings and Baptisms are really special and incredibly personal events so naturally, I’ll be super discreet and sensitive. My aim, as always, is to give you a beautiful record of the day with photographs to treasure for years to come.
All your photographs will be available in both colour and in black and white with a simple pricing structure and no hidden surprises. About three weeks after our photography session, we’ll get together again for a viewing appointment where you can choose your shots and decide how you want to present them.
I work with some talented specialists who make really amazing made-to-measure frames (from £280) and luxury Queensberry albums (from £475). You can also buy digital files in a keepsake pack, and I can add fine art prints to your order too.
To give you an idea of cost, many of my clients spend between £500 and £1,500 on their photographs. This includes a larger piece for themselves and a few smaller items as gifts.

I hope you find my website inspiring. If so, I’d love the chance to give you intimate portraits of your loved ones that will touch you today and be treasured mementoes to keep in the family.
You can call me on 020 8133 9722, text me on 07949 764 022 or use the form below to tell me more about you and your family and what you’re looking for from your photographs. If you have any questions, just ask. I’m always happy to chat things through.
My grandfather gave me my first camera when I was very young which is when I first got the bug and pretty soon I was snapping anything that moved. In my 20s I took a Master’s in photography, and I managed a photography gallery so you could say I’ve been immersed in photography all of my life. Over the last seven years, I’ve photographed thousands of children and their families. I’ve even won a few awards, including the WOW awards.
Most of my clients are in southwest, south and west London but I’m happy to travel to wherever you are – please just ask for a quote if you’re more than an hour’s drive from Clapham Common.
First thing’s first. If you’re thinking of booking a session, use the form below to tell me a bit about your family and the type of photography session you’ve got in mind. We can then arrange a time and place that suits you. I’m pretty flexible and can work around you and your family.
