Is it time your business had a visual refresh?
The answer is very likely yes! Most brands need new marketing images every couple of years, to keep things fresh and exciting.
Having a branding shoot lets you breathe life into your marketing. Why rely on generic stock images, when you can have bespoke photos of your own business?
If you’re looking for contemporary, natural photos that reflect your business and your personality, I’d love to help!
“I couldn’t recommend Louise more for a branding photoshoot – it was one of the most useful (and enjoyable) experiences that I’ve had as a small business owner. She asked the perfect questions to understand what messages I wanted to get across for my business – the preparation was thorough and thoughtful, but also concise. She made me and my partner feel so at ease whilst doing the shoot itself, and the photos are absolutely incredible and couldn’t have captured the ethos of my business better. I cannot wait to use these photos on my website and across my social media platforms – it has been absolutely invaluable to promoting myself and my business.”

Preparing for your branding shoot
We’ll spend time before your business photoshoot identifying the shots that will serve you well, and exploring what it is that makes you and your business unique. Knowing this means I can really take photos that will help your customers to understand your business from just a quick glance at your marketing materials.
Before booking anything, I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can discuss your needs and requirements, and see if I’ll be a good fit for your brand.
Once you’ve made your booking, I’ll send you some questions to get the ball rolling with finding out more about your business. Then, we’ll have a pre-session phone consultation to flesh out in more detail and to develop a shot list for your session.
You’ll receive a prep guide including tips and pointers on what to wear, as well as make-up tips (if you wear it).
“The branding photos are really brilliant – I am really, really pleased with them. I can’t wait to put them all over my website and show people! And the images of the textures/paintings to be used as backgrounds is a great added bonus. Thank you – they’re amazing!”
What can commercial photos can be used for?
We’ll discuss where you use images currently in your marketing, and see which areas could do with a visual refresh. Typical areas include: website, social media, LinkedIn profile photos, newsletters, poster and flyers.
We’ll also think about areas you may not have considered using photos. If you send newsletters, for example, I can create some banners to insert in your layouts to give you that creative edge over your competitors. If you send press releases, use your branding photos in those!

What does a branding photoshoot cost?
You can choose between a half-day (up to 3 hours) which is £650; or a full-day (up to 6 hours) which is £950.
I also offer a taster session (£100), which includes 3 digital files (excluding headshots) and up to 45 mins photography – and gives you £100 off a full-day branding photography if you decide to go for that afterwards.
The full set of edited digitals is included (100+ in a half-day session, and 150+ in a full-day session).
I also write a blog post for each business, showcasing your work and providing a link to your website and social media – the more exposure, the better!
In a half-day session, we’ll stay in one location – usually your workplace or home.
In a full-day session, we can visit a few locations that reflect you and your style. Love bright colours? Let’s go and find some for your portraits! Love coffee? Let’s go to Soho. In a full-day session, we’ll also have time to incorporate photos with your pets, or loved ones.
What’s needed for a branding shoot?
Good news, I can work with very little space! You just need to set the time aside for your branding session, and I can help with sourcing or recommending props for your photos.
Ongoing support for your business photos
My goal is to provide long-term support for your business, with ongoing opportunities to update your photos. Once you’ve had your branding session, you can also book update sessions later on – these are just £400 for 1.5 hours. You’ll also be invited to join on mini update days, where you can have a 10 minute headshot session including two digitals, for £100. It’s important to keep your images fresh and en pointe!
