Family photographer Fulham
As a full-time family photographer, I work all over London but often find myself photographing families in Fulham. Having grown up in Putney, I know this part of London like the back of my hand. I’m often here with my own little girl, as my dad still lives in Putney and we come back often for walks by the river.
It’s great to be able to share that knowledge of the local parks for family photo sessions – I can take you to pretty spots that work really well for photographs. Bishop’s Park is a favourite location, with the picturesque riverside, the pretty rose garden, the woodland areas for little ones to explore as well as the wide open fields.

“The photographs are great, we are really enjoying them. I will definitely be recommending you to friends. We are very happy with the photos and with the way you helped us through the photo shoot – thank you!” Julia
First, family photographs at home in Fulham
I love to meet families at home to start their session. It’s a much more relaxed experience for parents not to try and get somewhere on time, and little ones tend to be more relaxed at home too. We’ll usually take some family group shots towards the start of your session, when the novelty of someone new is high! Then we’ll let your kids play, and I’ll photographing them as they do their thing.
My sessions are always child led – we move at their pace, and play whichever games take their fancy on the day.
Outdoor locations for Fulham family photography
As well as taking the photographs in the family’s home and garden, I also love photographing families in some of the beautiful locations in Fulham. We can go to your local park, walk along the towpath by the riverside, or run around in Bishop’s Park or the grounds of Fulham Palace. It can be great to cross the river to Putney Embankment too, to get the uninterrupted river views and to walk along the water:

A Baby Photoshoot In Fulham and Bishop’s Park

This baby portrait session started off at the family’s home in Fulham. We then headed outdoors to the picturesque riverside in Bishops Park.
As usual, the session was baby led – with lots of stops for feeds and cuddles. As the morning unfolded, I photographed the baby individually, the parents with their baby, and the whole family together. I love pushing past those moments of smiling at the camera – capturing genuine expressions and loving moments.
Their baby was just newly sitting, so that was a great milestone to capture. You can see more on which ages work particularly well for photographs in a baby’s first year here.
As a full-time baby and family photographer, it’s always a pleasure to see how babies are developing and to capture that particular stage of babyhood in beautiful photographs.
