Life is busy – really busy. It’s hard to keep up with everything we’d like to do for our business. And updating our photos? That one seems to be an easy one to let slide..
But time marches on! We get a new haircut, the seasons change, we offer new services, get a new workspace, our brand colours change.. It’s so important to keep images fresh and up-to-date with marketing a small business.
My solution
The Headshots Club offers update sessions on subscription: an easy way to schedule and pay for sessions, spreading the cost over the course of a year – with a whole host of perks and savings.
As we all know, subscriptions make it easier to budget every month, instead of paying lump sums. They also mean less planning, and one less thing on your to-do list.
Each year’s membership will result in a set of fresh images, extra digitals, special rates and the exclusive opportunity to book mini sessions on location.

Membership vs ad hoc sessions
Membership costs less than just booking a regular session.
Better still, you’ll receive 3 extra digitals, special rates and priority booking – plus heaps of other perks!
1. ANNUAL UPDATE SESSION:
Membership costs £35 per month / £420 per year, compared to £475 if you book an ad hoc Update session.
2. ANNUAL REFRESH SESSION:
Membership costs £25 per month / £300 per year, compared to £350 if you book an ad hoc Refresh session.
3. TWO YEAR MEMBERSHIP:
One Update session and one Refresh session, at any point over the next two years. Membership costs £50 per month / £600 per year – compared to £825 if you book these in ad hoc.

Important things to know
- Membership is by invitation only.
- The number of memberships is limited to keep my schedule manageable, so that I can truly give members a premium experience.
- The enrolment period will be open from 12pm on Thursday 1st May until 23.59pm on Thursday 8th May 2025.
- I will keep a rolling calendar open for members – currently open until September 2025, and updated every few months.
- The membership calendars are self-scheduled by the members themselves on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Rescheduling for reasons of illness, travel or work conflicts etc. will be handled the same way it always is – we’ll look at the calendar and find a new date. Just let me know as soon as you realise the issue.
- At the end of each membership year, members will be asked whether they would like to renew or terminate their membership prior to the new membership enrolment period.
- There is no commitment beyond the year.
