I’m very experienced with photographing people who don’t feel they’re naturals, and feel a bit reluctant to be photographed. I specialise in headshots and personal branding photography for small business owners, entrepeneurs, coaches and therapists. I work across all industries though, so don’t worry if you don’t fall into that camp!
Over the course of a personal branding session, I’ll take some classic headshots as well as some more eye-catching shots for your website and marketing materials.
Depending on which package you book, we’ll also stroll around between some inspiring locations and you can change outfits too so you have a lot of variety in your shots. We can create content with the tools of your trade, working at your laptop, meeting with a client – whatever will help to tell your story, and connect with your ideal client.
Please know that everyone is 100% welcome. People come in all shapes, sizes and ethnicities – I’m honoured to photograph each and every one.

About me
I get it – I’m a small business owner too. It may also surprise you to hear that I’m camera shy myself, and much prefer being behind the camera. But this means I totally empathise with how uncomfortable people can feel being photographed, and I’m always conscious of helping people feel at ease.
My photography and customer service are award-winning, with 15 years experience as a full-time photographer.
My photographs have been published in over 20 publications (including The Observer, The Times, The Telegraph, Vogue, Tatler, Baby London & Mothering.com), and exhibited internationally.
I know photography inside out. I have an MA in photography, and previously managed a photography gallery.

What to expect
Life is busy, and you need this to be easy!
I’ll guide you through each step of the process, so you’ll always know what’s happening next.
You’ll receive a prep guide, filled with tips and pointers that will help your session run smoothly – including what to wear, and makeup tips from a professional make up artist.
You’ll also receive an information gathering form to collate what you’d like from your photographs. This gives us a great starting point for discussing your session, and how to make the most of it.
We’ll schedule a time for a quick call to run through the practicalities of your session.
This sounds a lot but can all be done in 5 minutes. It’s really helpful for me to get a sense of what you’re looking for from your photographs, so I can create images that will really work for you.
Locations
My years of experience mean I have a massive location bank – I can suggest locations that will fit your personality and align with your brand colours.
I can come to your workplace or home, we can go for a walk outside or to some of my go-to spots. I have hundreds of outdoor locations for us to consider!
Working with small businesses every week, I’m well versed in finding attractive corners in small and compact work spaces. I can also bring a studio backdrop if you’d like some neutral shots, and I can even bring a foldaway white desk.
If you’d prefer a more controlled environment, I can suggest some natural light studios and a staged home office space.
We’ll choose locations that are a great fit for your brand’s colour and personality. A personal branding session is bespoke to you!
