Newborn photographer Battersea

Photographing newborn babies in Battersea always reminds me of early days with my own daughter – living in Clapham, we used to often come over for a swim at the Latchmere, or for Monkey Music sessions. It’s only a stone’s throw for me now, as I’m currently living in Balham. A trip to Battersea park is, thank goodness, still an easy journey!

I love coming back here to photograph new additions to families – I love thinking of each newborn growing up here, getting to enjoy such a special part of London.

Having Battersea Park on the doorstep is also brilliant to give your older children a break and a run around. I love having the mix of the pretty pond as well as the landscaped areas to photograph in. There are some great hidden spots off the beaten track where can we find quiet areas for your little ones to run around in, away from the passerby. It’s also only a moment’s walk to the river, so we can incorporate the riverside too if you’d like.
