Newborn Photography In East London

Having been a full-time photographer for since 2010, I’ve photographed hundreds of families in East London now.

Newborn sessions tend to take place at home, but if you’d like to venture outdoors, we can visit your local park too. Victoria Park and Highbury Fields work well for newborn and family portraits, as do Hackney Marshes and Clissold Park in Stoke Newington.

This was the fourth time we have had Louise come and take photos of our family and we are delighted with the pictures. In this session, we wanted Louise to take photos of our four day old baby boy and all of us as a family. Louise is amazing with our nearly 4 year old son and always gets beautiful pictures of him, even if he isn’t really that keen as a subject. Louise is patient and very easy to have in our home. These type of sessions could feel very awkward but Louise is great at putting us all at ease and capturing natural moments.

We love the way Louise managed to capture our newborn in his quiet moments, and the detail that she could focus on. The eyelashes, lips, hands and feet these images are stunning. More impressive, given the constant sleeping of the newborn, we have some stunning photos of our wee one with his eyes open staring into the world. We particularly love how she managed to capture beautiful moments our both of our sons together in between the protests of our eldest son and needs of a newborn. We will definitely be seeing Louise again next year and would highly recommend her.”
