The Confident Sale: Boosting Product Sales For Photographers
Products are an area in which a lot of photographers feel lost.
- Which suppliers to choose?
- How to set your product prices?
- How to ensure you actually make some profit from frames and album sales?
- How to package your products?
- Why are your clients only keeping their digitals and not commissioning any frames or albums?
- How to show clients what their photographs would look in your frames, and in their homes?
- How to offer products without feeling pushy?
- Do you have the “right kind of clients” for selling products? (Spoiler: yes, you do!)
I'll guide you through the whole process in bite size chunks, in personalised 1:1 sessions.
Is it worth selling more products?
Absolutely, yes.
Are you running yourself ragged getting from one shoot to another?
Is your work / life balance what you had in mind when you decided to run your own business?
Selling albums and frames is a great way of reclaiming your time, as you can often make as much income from a product sale as from another shoot – without having to leave the house.
For me, selling albums and frames made my work life manageable. Having burnt out once, I don’t intend to repeat the experience! I much prefer having a smaller number of shoots each month, with product sales to boost the income. This gives you the flexibility to spend your week the way you’d like to – spend more time with your kids, if you have them, or enjoying your hobbies and relaxing.
Plus, your clients are likely going to order their own frames and albums. Selling them yourself gives you quality control over how your photographs are printed, and the satisfaction of knowing you’ve helped your clients with a high-end service from start to finish.
Format
I’ve broken my approach down into four 1-hour long Zoom sessions, with workbooks for you to work through in your own time. Some product sales systems are very intense, and rigid – I promise mine is not.
Sessions are delivered in person or by Zoom, and are 1:1.
Once we’ve had the first session, you can work through the corresponding workbook at your own pace, and book in the next call when you’re ready.
You’ll be able to pick at the content, completing an hour here and there when you have time. As a rough guide, it’s likely to take you 4 days overall to complete – depending on how fast you work!
If you’re fitting this around a full-time photography business, I recommend allowing a few weeks to work through each section (approx one full day per section) – so around 3 months in total.

This package currently costs £350 – and if you don’t make that back in product sales within 3 months of completing the sessions, I’ll give you a complete refund 🙂
In the Summer of 2026, this course will become £500.
I chose this course as I knew Louise had a proven track record with fantastic product sales, an area which I knew I could improve on. Louise was really helpful and clear at every stage of the process, both through the 1:1 sessions and via text/email when I had additional questions. She provided really detailed implementation lists and instructions too which were useful to work my way through and make sure I had covered everything. Since I started the course and implementing Louise’s process, my product sales have more than doubled – and I haven’t even completely finished the course yet! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Louise, and would highly recommend her to others.
